REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Devshi Mistry Naran Meghji, as an administrator of the estate of Mistry Naran Meghi (deceased), of P.O Box 122–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as portion No. 1822, Malindi, situate in Kilifi District, registered under title Lt. 35, Folio 350/2, File 4348, and whereas original indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture as in the provision of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
