APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given to the general public in exercise of powers conferred on me by Article 179 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and sections 44 (2a) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I appoint the County Attorney Selection Panel which shall consist of: Name Position Tom Onyango Macakiage Chairperson Eunice Bosco (Mrs.) Workers Union Kennedy Nyasimi Nyamori LSK Caleb Orwa ICPAK/Member Menge William Suley (Dr.) Member Terms of Reference (a) Receive applications for the position of the County Attorney. (b) Do shortlisting from amongst the application of the most suitable candidate for interview. (c) Conduct interviews from the shortlisted applicants. (d) Prepare a merit list of two most qualified candidates and submit the names to the Governor. Tenure The assignment shall take ten (10) days commencing on the 2nd January, 2023 but the same may be with justifiable reason extended for such other period as it may be considered necessary. Remuneration The remuneration of members of the Panel, Secretariat and support staff shall be as per the applicable Salaries and Remuneration Commission’s guidelines contained in the relevant Circulars.
