NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1505, in Volume D1, Folio 127/1084, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Ahmed Muhyadin Tolyare, of P.O. Box 1045–70100, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ahmed Adow Sheikh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Adow Sheikh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Muhyadin Tolyare, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Muhyadin Tolyare only.
