PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was on 30th March, 2022, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Narok County measuring approximately 17, 933.1 km2. A copy of the draft plan has been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development (Municipality Office, Narok Town), respective 30 Ward Headquarters, State Department of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Nairobi, 5th Floor. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development (Municipality Office, Narok Town), respective 30 Ward Headquarters, State Department of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Nairobi, 5th Floor, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday and the county covernment website www.narok.go.ke Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O.
