REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mugendi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 357, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.543 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under the title No. Tigithi Matanya Block V/2385, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
