REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daa Halima Shilingi Akida, as administrator of the estate of Mustafa Bin Rashid (deceasd), of P.O. Box 41057–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 5.8 acres or thereabout, known as plot No. Mombasa/MS/Block 1/201, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
