REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Veronicah Nyambura Daniel (ID/2295237), of P.O. Box 511, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru West Block 1/1218, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to issue another certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect. Dated the 15th July, 2022. R. M.
