NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 241, Volume B-13, Folio 2208/18597, File No. 1637 by our client, Levin Kimtai Masis, formerly known as Levin Kimtai Manyoryo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Levin Kimtai Manyoryo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Levin Kimtai Masis, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name of Levin Kimtai Masis only.
