NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3171, in Volume DI, Folio 226/2224, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Thiong’o Dan Thiong’o, of P.O. Box 1595– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Thiong’o Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Thiong’o Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Thiong’o Dan Thiong’o, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Thiong’o Dan Thiong’o only.
