NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 32, in Volume DI, Folio 200/1956, File No. MMXXII, by our client, William Kipkemoi Kiprotich (guardian), of address 183, Church Green, Shoreham-By-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6JW, United Kingdom, on behalf of Chesang Elsa Mia Kiprotich (minor), formerly known as Elsa Chesang Kiprotich, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elsa Chesang Kiprotich, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chesang Elsa Mia Kiprotich, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chesang Elsa Mia Kiprotich only.
