Box 28074–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresiah Njeri Gikaari alias Teresia Njeri alias Teresia Njeri Gikaara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresiah Njeri Gikaari alias Teresia Njeri alias Teresia Njeri Gikaara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tracey Ryn Njeri Gikaara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tracey Ryn Njeri Gikaara only.
