REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBH 285S, Mitsubishi Cedia, which is lying at Westwood Motor Mart Limited, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 14th July, 2022. BEATRICE N.
