PURSUANT to the orders of Hon. Lady Justice Wilfrida Okwany J., dated 1st July, 2022, notice is given that a petition for liquidation order for the above-named Company by the High Court of Kenya, Commercial and Tax Division, Milimani Commercial Court, Nairobi was on the 23rd June, 2022 presented to this Court by counsel for the petitioners` representing Lydia Njeri, Joshua Mwenda, Robert Kiama Gathuka, Leornard Gikunda Murungi, Chrispine Owino, Paul Ndungu Kamau, Kelvin Kilonzo Ndunge and Solomon Ketter (collectively the employees and creditors of Kenya Motors and Equipment Limited and hereinafter referred to as ‘the Petitioners’) of P.O. Box 6134–00100, Nairobi, Kenya. And the said Petition for Liquidation Order is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at 9.00 a.m. on the 23th November, 2022 and creditor or contributory of the said Company desirious to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person, or by his advocate, for that purposes and copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributor of the said Company requiring such copy on payment of the required charges of the same.
