REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kitikai ole Konini (deceased) and (2) Nasieku Ntikai, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Kajiado District, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/8523, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
