THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Nguyo Murage, of P.O. Box 30852–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.04, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Aguthi/Muruguru/2000, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof is lost, and whereas efforts to trace it has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register (green card), provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
