THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Njoki Kariuki, (2) George Macheho Mungai and (3) Elizabeth Njoki Mungai, as administrators of the estate of Stephen Mungai S. Kamau (deceased), of P.O. Box 22173– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/14752, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered IR. No. 90293/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33(5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
