REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ekeno Endo, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.975 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block 2/3962 (Ndurumo), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued on 15th December, 1997 was obtained fraudulently, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
