THE KENYA DEFENCE FORCES ACT

ACT

PURSUANT TO SECTION 281 (1) OF THE KENYA DEFENCE FORCES ACT The Kingdom of Denmark is hereby designated as Visiting Forces for the purpose of application of Part XVIII of the Kenya Defence Forces Act. The Application of the Act shall be limited to such activities as contained in the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the Kingdom of Denmark signed the 17th Day of July, 2020; when this Order becomes effective.
