IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Nuclear Regulatory Act, 2019, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— Under subsection (i)– Margaret Mwonjoria (Dr.), Michael Lavi Muia, to be members of the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th July, 2022.
