APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (2) The Breast Milk Substitute (Regulations and Control) Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— Under subsection (i) (i)— Samuel Kariuki Nyamu Under subsection (i) (ii)— Martha Nyagaya Under subsection (k)— Ruth Wanjiru Nduati (Prof.), Shadrack Okoth Oiye (Dr.) to be members of the National Committee on Infant and Young Child Feeding, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th July, 2022.
