APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 (1) (g) of
the Bandari Maritime Academy Order, the Cabinet Secretary for
Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public
Works re-appoints—
Major (Rtd.) Nishit Dhanvantrai Maru,
Catherine Juma,
Duncan Ndegwa Maasai,
Captain Ahmed Mohamed Ali,
as members of the Board of the Bandari Maritime Academy, for a
period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th July, 2022.
