APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (4) (a) of
the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and
Planning appoints—

to be the Chairperson of the Board of Policy Holders Compensation
Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th July,
