IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 (1) (a) of
the Bandari Maritime Academy Order, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President
and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces reappoints—

to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Bandari Maritime Academy,
