IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution, as read with sections 30 (2) (d), (e) and 44 (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 5 (1) of the Office of the County Attorney’s Act, 2020, and upon approval by the Kwale County Assembly in its special sitting session held on the 14th December, 2022.
