NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 670, in Volume DI, Folio 230/123, File No. MMXIXV, by our client, Mariam Kikomaa Twaha (guardian), of P.O Box 68007-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Abdulhaq Twaha Sebie (a minor), formerly known as Abdulhaq Twaha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdulhaq Twaha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdulhaq Twaha Sebie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Abdulhaq Twaha Sebie only.
