NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 408, in Volume B-13, Folio 1957/14652, File No. 1637, by our client, Favour Alice Wangui, formerly known as Alice Wangui Thuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Alice Wangui Thuku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Favour Alice Wangui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Favour Alice Wangui only.
