THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Mwawasi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ronge/Nyika/1367, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Voi in succession cause no. 50 of 2016, has issued grant and letters of administration to (1) Thompson Josai Mwawasi, (2) Japhet Mwasaru Mwawasi and (3) Allen Mwandima Mwawasi, and whereas the all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed and letters to (1) Thompson Josai Mwawasi, (2) Japhet Mwasaru Mwawasi and (3) Allen Mwandima Mwawasi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Mwawasi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
