WHEREAS (1) Andrew Odongo Omugah (ID/0464487) and (2) Agnes °wise Odongo (11)/8454588), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.2, 1.06, 0.8 and 0.96 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Homa Bay, registered under title Nos. Kanyada/Kanyabala/3201, 3221, 3178 and 3222, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
