WHEREAS Mbugua Mwangi, of P.O. Box 10872, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of subdivision number 14/IV/MN, containing 91.0 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under C.R. No. 6633, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate' if title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
