REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Said Abdulrahman, as trustee, of P.O. Box 81738- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.033 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XLV/129, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
