THE CONSTITUTION
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 235 (1) of the
Constitution of Kenya, as read with section 58 of the County
Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval by the Mandera County
Assembly in its Second Assembly, 3rd Session held on the 25th
September, 2019, I, Ali Ibrahim Roba (Capt.), Governor of Mandera
County, appoint—

to be members of the Mandera County Public Service Board.
