NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Penny Kimani, of P.O. Box 29101-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the owner of motor vehicle Reg. NO. KBS 825L, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Bavaria Auto Limited, Simba Colt Building, opposite Panari Hotel, Mombasa Road, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repair and storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicle is taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing, should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herinabove stated.
