REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ryan Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 1377, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 1357, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as LT.35, Folio 93/1, File 4105, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the registered owner have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the said instrument on indemnity and reconstruct the folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012..
