REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Caleb Arnisi Luyai (ID/25164715), of P.O. Box 41842-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0334, 0.0471, 0.0458 and 0.0458 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kitengela/32634, 32633, 32620 and 32621, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
