REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sheban Musungu Wakapisi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as N/Wanga/Khalaba/212, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court in succession Cause No. 394 of 2018, has issued grant and letters of administration to Juma Wanjira Musungu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
