REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Khalid Ali Kabanda, of P.O. Box 98144–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 350/I/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and registered as C.R. 6383, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in repect of the said land title deed has been lost/destroyed, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
