IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints— Poline Kanyora, Farid Ahmed Swaleh, Jacob Mwarua, to be members of the Kenya National Shipping Line Board of Directors, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 12th October, 2018.
