NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1040, in Volume DI, Folio 71/1081, File No. MMXVIII, by my client, Gladys Waitherero Kiongera, of P.O. Box 820–00520, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gladys Waitherero Maingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladys Waitherero Maingi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gladys Waitherero Kiongera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gladys Waitherero Kiongera only.
