Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya to the owner of the Mitsubishi Lancer Saloon Motor Vehicle Reg. No. KAW 231C, Chassis/Frame No. CK2A–0111925 lying in the premises of Auto Mart Motors, Waiyaki Way Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and any other related expenses failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty by Milestone Auctioneers of P.O. Box 79157–00400, Nairobi, without notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to you. Dated the 16th March, 2018.
