REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to Ephantus Maranga Njogu, the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KBM 998D presently lying uncollected at the premises of Investrade Limited to collect it within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding amounts and any other incidental costs incurred to Investrade Limited as at the date when delivery is taken, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either through public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner and the proceeds of the sale thereof shall be used to defray storage charges and any other accrued cost.
