THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Annah Nanjala Mukhebi and (2) Daniel Korir Toroitich, both of P.O. Box 185, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.28 hectare or thereabout, known as Trans Nzoia/Emoru/156, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas the High Court at Kitale in land case No. 43 of 2014, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Kennedy Simiyu Wekesa, of P.O. Box 3436, Kitale, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, 29th March, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Kennedy Simiyu Wekesa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said (1) Annah Nanjala Mukhebi and (2) Daniel Korir Toroitich, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
