REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Zakayo Muli, of P.O. Box 89452, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9122/507, situate in north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of lease registered as C.R. 58237, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
