WHEREAS Priscilah Wangari Njoki, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Roka/Uyombo/521, and whereas sufficient evidence to show that it is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green and white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
