REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lilian Wachera Waruta (ID/20792976), of P.O. Box 143, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 4/1946, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
