REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwai Oketch, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest pursuant to a decree dated 15th February, 2018, vide ELC civil case No. 281 of 2017 (O.S) at Mombasa, of all that piece of land known as MN/III/2731 (original No. MN/III/557/5), situate north coast of Mombasa Municipality in the district of Kilifi, registered as C.R. 26544, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file and folio have been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file and folio as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
