REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kilifi Plantation (Coast) Limited, of Private Bag, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 2.025 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 4236/11, situate in south of Kilifi Town in the district of Kilifi, registered as CR. 20236, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
