APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to Article 184 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
Section 30 (2) (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and sections
14,15 and 20 (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and upon
approval by the County Assembly of Nyamira, I, John Obiero
Nyagarama, Governor, Nyamira County, appoint—
Charles Ombati Nyamboga,
Fr. Chrisantus Mainye,
Peter Bita Ondieki,
Evans Onduko Oire,
Simeon Mocheche Bogonko,
Cecilia Ongera Ondima,
Alice Moraa Ombwori,
to be members of the Board of the Nyamira Municipality, for a period
of five (5) years, with effect from the date hereof.
