CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2016 By Joseph Kimani Muiruri, of P.O. Box 18, Mamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Nduati Koromo, who died at Mamba, on 30th December, 2001. Box 70, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiilu Ndiku, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2018 By Peter Mukavi Katua, of P.O. Box 18–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katua Kivuva Syuvya alias Katua Kibuba, who died at Ndalani Sub-location, on 4th June, 1996.
