TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2018 By Wilfrida Akumu Katono, the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Katono Onyiri alias Katono Onyiri, who died on 24th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2018 By Isaiah Anyuo Ogwalo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Ogwalo Oboro alias Ezekiel Ogwaro Oboro, who died on 26th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2018 By (1) Zena Akoth Mwaya and (2) Isaiah Anyuo Ogwalo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Ondundo Ogwalo alias Elisha Ondondo Ogwalo alias Elisha Odongo Ogwalo, who died on 14th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
