Box 7985−00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Abaga Orina, who died at Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2018 By Daniel Otundo Nyaribari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaribari Nyangena, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 6th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2018 By (1) Lukes Omondi Oteki and (2) Dismas Ochieng Ochola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilbroto Ochola Oreti, who died at Nyakenimo, on 13th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2018 By (1) Lukes Omondi Oteki and (2) Dismas Ochieng Ochola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Omondi Oreti, who died at Matata Nursing Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2018 By (1) Lukes Omondi Oteki and (2) Dismas Ochieng Ochola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rawich Oreti, who died at Kagake, Kajwang Village in 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
